Former President Donald Trump, known for his flair for dramatic nicknames, has recently found himself struggling to capture the public’s attention with his attacks on Vice President Kamala Harris. In an apparent bid to reinvigorate his floundering messaging, Trump unleashed a frantic 2AM post targeting Harris’s father, in a desperate attempt to alter his campaign’s direction.

For months, Trump has tried various nicknames for Harris, including “Laffin’ Kamala Harris,” “Kamabla,” and “Kamalanomics.” Despite these efforts, none have succeeded in sticking or resonating with voters. His campaign’s attempt to use “Kamala Crash” during a global market downturn also faltered as markets recovered, leaving Trump scrambling for a new angle.

In the dead of night, as new polls came out showing a surge in support for Harris, Trump, unable to devise a compelling attack against her, posted a desperate rant on social media attacking Harris’s father, a former economics professor, of Marxism. He insinuated that electing Harris would equate to endorsing her father’s ideological beliefs.

“Comrade Kamala’s Father was a Marxist Economics Professor. Is this really what we want for our Country? It would be the END OF AMERICA!,” Trump wrote.

This late-night outburst appears to be an attempt by Trump to leverage a new line of attack amid falling poll numbers and rising support for the Democratic nominee.
