Cornered by Kamala, Trump Reiterates ‘No More Debates’ After VP Accepts CNN Invitation

In a clear display of cowardice, Donald Trump’s campaign reiterated that he would not participate in another debate after Vice President Kamala Harris accepted a CNN invitation for a face-off scheduled for October 23.

Trump’s spokesman, Steven Cheung, pointed to a Truth Social post from the former president where he firmly stated, “THERE WILL BE NO THIRD DEBATE!” This statement came in response to Harris’s recent acceptance, which has only heightened the tension as the campaign enters its final weeks.

“Vice President Harris is ready for another opportunity to share a stage with Donald Trump,” said Jen O’Malley Dillon, Harris’s campaign chair. “Donald Trump should have no problem agreeing to this debate.” The challenge is clear: Harris is eager to confront Trump again, a prospect that seems to unsettle the former president.

The proposed debate, modeled after their recent confrontation in September, would to take place at CNN’s Atlanta studios, according to the network.

Despite his bravado, Trump has expressed hesitations about returning to the debate stage. Just last week, he hinted that he might reconsider if he felt “in the right mood,” but his past declarations suggest a deep-rooted fear of facing Harris again.
