Biden also criticized the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025, which Trump has distanced himself from, asserting that Republicans are working to benefit big pharmaceutical companies. “Let me tell you what our Project 2025 is. Beat the hell out of them. I mean it,” Biden declared.

The rally focused on celebrating the first round of Medicare drug price negotiations, which are projected to save about $6 billion.
