We collect only what we need to operate an independent film-review publication:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for marketing.

We retain contact-form submissions only as long as needed to handle your request and keep a reasonable record of corrections, after which they are deleted. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to the settings and policies of the analytics provider.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to object to certain processing or to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and of California (CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Trumpwatcher is intended for an adult, general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Trumpwatcher is operated for a global English-speaking audience and may be accessed from many countries. If you access the Site from outside the country where our servers are hosted, your information may be processed in a country with different data-protection laws than your own.
